About the Position
On-Call Dispute Analyst, Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)
Location: Mo i Rana, Norway
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Location Type: Hybrid
Responsibilities
As a Dispute Analyst within Card Issuing, you will work with dispute handling for Norwegian and other foreign banks. The department's task is to process card complaints in accordance with current regulations from banks, authorities, and card issuers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing complaints for Nordic and international banks
- Close cooperation with customers in connection with problems that arise regarding their disputes
- Participating in the work to further develop the dispute handling service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Good communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
- Danish or Finnish considered as an advantage
- Experience in case management
- Experience from the card industry and/or banking is an advantage
- Experience in dispute handling is desirable
- Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard products is an advantage
- Good cooperation skills
- Service- and customer-oriented
- Good listener
- Structured way of working
