We are hiring a Customer Service Representative - On-Camera Studio Host in Philadelphia, United States for a full-time position. This is not another customer service job.
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, clear, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Have customer service, call center, retail, reception, or cashier experience
- Are comfortable being on camera
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Can follow procedures consistently
- Are reliable, punctual, and professional
- Want to use your people skills in a completely different environment
- Are open to evenings, weekends, and holidays

- $17.25/hr+ including base rate and guaranteed tip rate, averaging $20–25/hr

Current Openings - Full Time
- 3pm – 11pm
- 5pm – 1am
- 7pm – 3am
- 11pm – 7am
Weekend availability required.
