We are hiring an Entry-Level Game Host - Server, Bartender & Associate in Philadelphia, United States for a full-time position. This role offers an opportunity to host live casino games on camera, engage with online players, and work in a modern studio environment. Tips on top of your hourly rate, up to $25/hr, make this an exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
Requirements
- Have server, bartender, host, or hospitality experience
- Be comfortable being on camera
- Bring good energy and a positive attitude
- Be able to follow procedures consistently
- Be reliable, professional, and punctual
- Be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
- Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights
