About the Position
Urgently Hiring – Up to $23/hr (Tips) – On-Camera Dealer – Start Within 2 Weeks – Southfield
We have openings and our next training class is starting soon. You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and earn consistent hourly pay plus tips starting within two weeks of your application.
$17-$23/hr + tips (base rate + guaranteed tip rate, and customer tips are unlimited!!)

Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera - Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
- Deal cards, spin the wheel, and announce results with confidence
- Keep the game moving smoothly and energetically every shift
- Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before your first live shift
Requirements
- Customer Service background welcome
- Comfortable on camera with a polished, professional presence
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent schedule
- Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No casino or gaming experience required - we will train you

Shift Options
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
