About the Position

Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts immediately at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat - on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world.
No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required.

Responsibilities
- Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts accurately
- Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly every shift
- Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
- Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before your first live shift
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
- Must be available to start within 2 weeks
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
- Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
We Offer
- $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
- After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
