Responsibilities
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track daily business performance of our partners, compile and analyze operational metrics, KPIs, financial data, and invoicing questions. Prepare reports and dashboards for operational improvements.
- Account Management: Be the main point of contact for new sales leads, pitching, contract negotiations, implementation, and account management for the On-Demand service.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with local and global teams including Account Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to analyze and improve internal processes.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and share partner feedback with product and operations teams to enhance software, systems, and processes, thus improving partner experience.
- Strategy Development: Support in defining medium and long-term strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets. Participate in target setting and OKRs planning activities.
- Market Adaptation: Understand the local environment and adjust our product to meet market needs.
- Continuous Learning: Develop a well-rounded profile with skills in commercial and negotiation, data analytics, legal reviews, and software integrations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales roles.
- Skills:
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial skills with the ability to pitch and persuade partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Problem solver with data-driven, analytical thinking skills.
- Multifaceted and flexible profile with the ability to coordinate technical, operational, and commercial aspects.
