Responsibilities
As an On Demand intern, you will be responsible for the full On Demand process, from store creation to business reviews. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting in managing strategic partner relationships from start to finish, including account tracking, deep dive partner performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to prepare business reviews, presentation materials, and other related tasks.
- Supporting in analyzing partner performance metrics and ensuring consistent month-over-month growth.
- Tracking and reporting performance metrics to maintain a strong relationship between Glovo and its partners.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Preparing reports and dashboards for partner presentations and operational improvements.
- Actively collaborating with colleagues in a supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and impactful contributions.
Requirements
- Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.
- Strong business acumen.
- Developed communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales.
- Data-driven, organized, and proactive with an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is a must.
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
