About the Role
主要职能 / 职责：
- 负责南沙 Ronacrete 工厂及香港公司所有直接物料的采购支出管理
- 按照采购经理的安排，负责南沙 Ronacrete 工厂的关键间接支出管理（OPEX / CAPEX）
- 负责發起并推动南沙 Ronacrete 工厂及香港公司在直接物料采购类别中的降本增效项目
- 代表本地采购团队执行供应商审核 / TFS 审核
- 确保 Ronacrete 工厂及香港公司的采购政策与流程完全符合西卡內部采购指引
- 按采购经理指定，参与特定专案项目
- 按照采购职能要求准备相关报告和分析
- 积极参与系统与流程的改进工作
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement expenditures for all direct materials at the Nansha Ronacrete factory and Hong Kong company
- Manage key indirect expenditures at the Nansha Ronacrete factory as per the procurement manager's schedule (OPEX / CAPEX)
- Initiate and drive cost-reduction and efficiency projects in the direct material procurement category for Nansha Ronacrete factory and Hong Kong company
- Represent the local procurement team in supplier audits / TFS audits
- Ensure procurement policies and processes at Ronacrete factory and Hong Kong company fully comply with Sika's internal procurement guidelines
- Participate in specific special projects as assigned by the procurement manager
- Prepare relevant reports and analyses as required by the procurement function
- Actively participate in system and process improvement efforts
Requirements
期望学歷**/**经验：
- 供应链 / 工商管理 / 化工或其他相关领域的文凭或学士学位
- 3–5 年采购 / 供应链领域工作经验, 化工行業优先
- 具备良好的沟通和汇報演讲能力
- 能適应市場变化，积极主动推动項目优化
- 能够独立管理工作
- 思维开放，有跨国公司（MNC）经验者优先
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Fluent in Cantonese
