About the Position
Online Casino Dealer
Evolution is hiring Studio Hosts for our Philadelphia studio. This full-time role starts at 3pm, ends at 11pm, and pays from $17.25/hr to $25/hr with tips. No casino experience is needed.
As a Studio Host, you will be on camera hosting live games in a professional studio environment while players watch and interact online. Think of it as part hosting, part entertainment, part customer service, and part performance.
What You'll Do
- Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
- Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
- Keep the game moving smoothly and accurately
- Bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift
- Maintain attendance, appearance, and performance standards
- Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Must be able to complete paid training

- $17.25/hr+ including base rate and guaranteed tip rate, averaging $20–25/hr

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
- Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights
