Onsite IT-Support 2nd Level (m/w/d) - Eggelsberg

Join Hemmersbach as an Onsite IT-Support 2nd Level specialist in Eggelsberg, Austria, to provide top-tier IT support and ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Betreuung von Anwender/-innen bei technischen Anfragen und Problemen
• Troubleshooting und Lösung technischer Probleme jeglicher Art (Level 2)
• Support, Installation und Konfiguration von Hard-/ Software sowie Netzwerken
• Teilnahme an IT-Projekten (Rollouts, Site Visits, Migrationen, Hands & Eyes Support)
• Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Analyse, Reporting, Dokumentation sowie Troubleshooting von Tickets
• Verwaltung des IT-Equipments (Asset Management)

Requirements

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mit IT-Schwerpunkt)
• Führerschein der Klasse B
• Allrounder Kenntnisse im Bereich Hardware und Software
• 2 bis 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der IT oder abgeschlossene IT-spezifische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Studium/Fachhochschule)
• Erfahrungen mit Snow/ServiceNow sind von Vorteil
• Freundliches, verständnisvolles und gepflegtes Auftreten
• Kenntnisse in Monitoring, Ticketing-Tools, Netzwerke (Einrichtung, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, ROP), Anti-Spyware-/Anti-Virus-Software, MS Office, Windows, Intune sowie iOS und Android
