About the Position
OpenShift Engineer

About the Role
As an OpenShift Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing our container platforms. You will ensure that applications run safely, scalably, and reliably on OpenShift, both on-premise and in the cloud. You will work closely with DevOps teams, developers, and architects to enable modern cloud-native solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and managing OpenShift clusters
- Maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Automating platform management with tools such as Ansible, Helm, and Terraform
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving performance and stability
- Ensuring security and compliance within the OpenShift platform
- Contributing to the architecture and best practices for containerization and Kubernetes
Requirements
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Linux, containers (Docker/Podman), and cloud-native architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Good communication skills and team spirit
Nice to Have
- Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, OpenShift certs)
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of security, networking, and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
