Операційний/а менеджер/ка e-commerce is a person who manages the entire order process: from the customer's click to delivery. This role is for those who can work with a flow of tasks and see priorities.
Most processes are automated-it is important to be able to stay focused and make decisions.
Responsibilities
- Process orders from the online store and mobile application;
- Communicate with customers regarding adjustments or order status (chat / calls);
- Coordinate work with suppliers and logistics;
- Control the payment and refund process;
- Verify the correctness of data in the system.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce or operational role;
- Ability to plan the workday and prioritize tasks;
- Customer-oriented in communication;
- Confidently works with MS Office, internal accounting systems, and payment services;
- Attentive to data and has experience with supporting documentation;
- Responsible, independent, and ready to make decisions.
Conditions
- Official employment and social guarantees;
- Income: 40,000 - 45,000 UAH during the trial period, from 50,000 UAH afterward;
- Hybrid work schedule (70% office / 30% remote):
- Mon-Sun (2 days off per week), hours 8−18 or 10−20(22), depending on the shift schedule
