We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an Operational Excellence Smart Start.

Responsibilities

• Controlling and ensuring the completion of project documents and assessment evidence in collaboration with element owners.
• Informing responsible parties about the 5S process and taking part in 5S tours.
• Organizing all necessary preparations for training/workshop.

Requirements

• 3rd year or Master student at Industrial Engineering or related departments.
• Being a student for a minimum of 11 months continuously.
• Being able to work for a minimum of 3 working days in our Manisa Plant.
• High communication & cooperation skills.
• High result orientation & analytical thinking.
• Eager to learn new things and willing to take on new responsibilities.
