About the Position
Dentsply Sirona, the world's largest provider of dental products and technologies, is seeking an experienced and talented Operational Excellence Specialist (m/w/d) for a 2-year contract to join our team in Bensheim, Germany. Responsibilities
- Processing optimization projects for the Bensheim site
- Supporting the implementation of the Lean Roadmap at the site
- Designing and conducting workshops and supporting on-site implementation in the Lean area (5S, Shopfloor Management, Kaizen, Gemba Walks, Problem Solving, etc.)
- Supporting the development of strategies and methods
- Conducting Lean training
- Supporting cost-saving projects
- Independent working and project management
- Critical questioning of existing solutions or processes
- Building and maintaining Data Analytics and Dashboards together with the departments (SQDIC+P)
Requirements
- Completed technical or economic degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in optimizing supply chain and production processes, especially in Lean Management and CI
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment, strong process and optimization thinking, especially regarding Lean
- High IT affinity (MS Office, possibly also PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, other NC/LC tools)
- Experience in change management, problem-solving skills, and very good communication skills
- Very good English skills
