Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager

About the Position

KLx is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Operational Risk & Business Continuity Manager to enhance our operational resilience and strengthen our internal control framework. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that KLx operates in full alignment with the Crédit Agricole Risk Management model. Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Risk, you will reinforce the team by leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of transversal operational risks, while also developing and maintaining robust business continuity and crisis-management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of transversal operational risks
• Develop and maintain robust business continuity and crisis-management frameworks
• Ensure alignment with the Crédit Agricole Risk Management model
• Collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

• Masters degree in Management, Economics, Finance
• At least 5 years of experience in operational risk management, business continuity, or related fields in regulated industries (banking, insurance)
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, business continuity standards, and latest regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA)
• Familiarity with risk management tools and reporting systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal awareness and a positive workplace attitude
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Working proficiency in English (French is a plus)
