The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Liana, Operations Manager at Impulse, we’re looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team of superstars. Today, our operations team is also a key contributor to Impulse's global achievements. So we are seeking someone who is passionate about optimizing processes, exploring new tools, and helping teams work more efficiently - someone who enjoys combining research, documentation, and a bit of analytics to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyse team processes and share recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with team managers, domain experts, and top management to enhance both new and existing processes.
• Stay up to date with tool updates and create automations to optimize existing technical workflows.
• Work with documentation and analytics to ensure accuracy, clarity, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct team surveys - design questionnaires, collect feedback, analyze results, and highlight bottlenecks.
• Manage system access, documentation workflows, and process compliance.
• Research and test tools, software, and AI solutions to support marketing and operational needs.
• Provide daily operational support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth workflow and task execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years in operations, analytics, or process management.
• Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets and working with large datasets.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, curious, and ready to learn fast.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Passion for AI technology, with a habit of integrating AI tools into your daily workflow or learning journey.

Nice to Have

• Basic programming or workflow automation skills would be a significant advantage.

Working Schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid remote option. It means that we will prefer you to attend our Kyiv office 2-3 times per week.
