About the Position
We are recruiting for our client – a group of companies in the modern food industry, focused on developing and delivering healthy, innovative, and convenient food products and solutions (B2C & B2B) – an Operations & Food Logistics Manager.
This is a key role with direct impact on:

Responsibilities
- Plan daily and weekly production based on forecasts
- Coordinate the full flow: procurement – production – packaging – delivery
- Manage inventory (FIFO, traceability, stock rotation)
- Monitor deadlines and SLA compliance
- Prevent operational bottlenecks and disruptions
- Ensure stability and discipline in production processes
- Optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Reduce waste and operational deviations
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on implementing and maintaining standards (not on product creation)
- Coordinate operational relationships with major B2B clients
- Ensure strict compliance with volumes, deliveries, and standards
- Anticipate volume growth and prepare operations accordingly
- Manage operational incidents swiftly, without unnecessary escalation
- Lead production, packaging, and logistics teams
- Set pace, discipline, and accountability
- Create clarity: who does what, when, and how
- Work with performance indicators
- Monitor operational KPIs (deadlines, waste, costs)
- Report weekly to management
- Propose data-driven improvements
Requirements
- Experience in operations / logistics / supply chain / production (FMCG, retail, pharma, food production)
- Minimum 3–5 years in a similar operational role
- Comfortable working with high volumes and clearly defined standards
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
