Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of your area/region: monitor results against productivity and quality targets and take corrective actions when numbers deviate.
- Follow the progress of multiple installations in parallel, monitoring deadlines and intervening on delays and blockages before they impact the customer.
- Manage daily communication with internal and external stakeholders - customers, partner installer teams, field technicians, planning and customer care teams - acting as the single point of contact for your area.
- Contribute to process optimization projects to improve productivity and service quality, guiding their implementation in your area.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to standardize best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Management Engineering, STEM, or equivalent.
- Basic experience in project management: planning and monitoring activities, managing deadlines, coordinating suppliers and different stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel while meeting tight deadlines, reprioritizing autonomously when urgencies change.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders - customers, external partners, peers, and leadership - even in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to use data and evidence to support and influence business decisions.
- Motivation to work in a young and rapidly growing company.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both verbally and in writing.
Nice to Have
- Experience in operations management or in the coordination of field operations.
- Knowledge, even academic, of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in the photovoltaic sector.
A Typical Day
You will work from our office in Tirana, remotely coordinating the operational activities of your area in Italy with the goal of maximizing productivity. You will promote a culture of safety and maintain high standards of quality and performance of the technical and installer teams. You will also supervise process improvements in your area and guide their implementation.
A typical day is varied and almost always takes place on multiple fronts in parallel: from monitoring ongoing installations, managing customer and installer requests, improving processes, to large-scale operational contingency activities - with priorities that may change throughout the day.
