Operations Manager

About the Position

We're looking for a Operations Manager to join our fully remote and mission-driven team. In this role, you'll create and implement processes to improve the way the team operates and ensure everything is running smoothly.

• Work closely with the leadership team to make policy and planning decisions
• Provide leadership and guidance to the rest of the team
• Ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently

Requirements

• Experience in operations management
• Good understanding of general management, operations, financial management, and leadership principles
• Basic understanding of financial tasks, such as balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flow management, and budgeting
• Strong collaboration skills to work well with partners, managers, and employees
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and familiarity with basic business and finance principles
