About the Position

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will play a key role in coordinating operational processes across multiple projects and teams. This role is focused on maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring process transparency, driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the scaling of operational functions. You will work closely with portfolio projects and shared services teams to keep initiatives moving forward and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational and cross-functional processes between portfolio projects and infrastructure teams.
  • Track statuses, blockers, deadlines, owners, and next steps across multiple parallel workflows.
  • Support the delivery and execution of operational initiatives to ensure uninterrupted processes.
  • Maintain operational visibility and structured reporting across projects.
  • Follow up with stakeholders from Legal, Finance, Treasury, HR, Infrastructure, and other operational teams.
  • Maintain and improve process documentation, dashboards, trackers, and knowledge bases.
  • Support process redesign initiatives and drive operational improvements.
  • Participate in building and scaling the operational function of the fund.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between projects, investment managers, and shared services teams.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively drive resolutions.

Requirements

  • Strong process decomposition and structuring skills.
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities and evolving processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel processes simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining a structured source of truth and ensuring process visibility.
  • Experience working with Jira, Notion, and BI tools.
  • Understanding and active use of AI tools for: Automation, Process optimization, Information structuring, Reporting, Operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
