About the Position

Join Bosch as an Operations Manager Expert to manage data analysis and KPI management using advanced tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

AI-supported Data Analysis & KPI Management: You will design, monitor, and analyze a comprehensive KPI dashboard that optimally integrates business and technical metrics. You will use the latest AI and machine learning tools for predictive analysis (e.g., Predictive Maintenance) and pattern and anomaly detection.
Validation & Practical Check: You don't blindly trust data – with your operational experience, you verify AI-generated results to avoid impractical conclusions and ensure maximum relevance for everyday use.
Derivation of Concrete Action Areas: You translate highly complex analysis results into clear, understandable action recommendations for management and operational teams on-site. You not only recognize what is happening but understand why through the connection of data and practical experience.
Systemic Process Optimization: Based on your analyses, you design and coordinate ambitious optimization projects (e.g., according to Lean or Six Sigma principles). Instead of merely treating symptoms, you develop sustainable, systemic solutions, redefine standards, and work closely with IT, engineering, and production.
Knowledge Management & Culture Change: You act as an internal translator and bridge builder between data science, IT, and the operational world. You train and enable colleagues to work more data-driven and use modern tools confidently.

Requirements

Education: Successfully completed commercial or technical education and a 2-year further education (e.g., as a technician, business economist) or a comparable qualification.
Experience and Know-how: Several years of solid professional experience in an operational, technical construction environment and experience in analyzing company and production metrics. Initial practical experience with AI applications, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data analysis software, or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Personality: You have pronounced communicative skills and persuasiveness.
Work Style: In addition to a quick comprehension and analytical skills, a confident demeanor rounds off your profile.
Languages: Very good German and English skills
