About the Position
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join a leading tech company in Kyiv, Ukraine, that develops and manufactures equipment and electronic solutions for the defense sector.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Team Support: Gathering and consolidating material needs (tools, electronics, supplies, etc.), creating corresponding tasks in Jira, and submitting requests in the ERP system. Monitoring task completion and providing status updates to clients.
- Administrative Support: Managing document flow, organizing logistics, and other tasks.
- Accounting and Reporting: Recording incoming items in accounting systems (1C, Jira) and maintaining an up-to-date resource database.
- Operational Support: Monitoring the execution of existing processes, analyzing and improving them. Implementing and describing new SOPs, updating old ones. BPA to ensure continuity in daily activities.
- Internal Communication: Coordinating team needs with adjacent departments and other units.
- External Communication: Managing communication with potential suppliers of equipment and components.
Requirements
- Experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a tech company.
- Proven experience in implementing, optimizing, and scaling processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (ITE, 1C, SAP), Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with the team and stakeholders.
- Organization, systematic approach, and critical thinking.
- Understanding of supply chains and experience in coordinating deliveries from order to warehouse receipt.
- Ability to make quick decisions and act under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to perform diverse administrative tasks and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
