About the Position

Operations Manager (Manufacturing)

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Manufacturing to join our Military/Defense tech team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The role will focus on coordinating production, warehouse, procurement, and technical teams, and building transparent production and warehouse accounting. Ideal candidates will have a background in operations management, manufacturing coordination, production operations management, or supply chain management with manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and synchronization of production directions
• Interaction between warehouse, procurement, mechanics, electronics, 3D printing, assembly, testing, and shipping
• Control of production processes and order statuses
• Organization and arrangement of warehouse and production accounting
• Work with nomenclature, BOM/specifications, reserves, balances, and write-offs
• Control of shortages, blockers, and critical bottlenecks
• Coordination of completion of finished products
• Participation in the construction or improvement of processes in BAS / 1C / Odoo / ERP / MRP systems
• Production planning and task execution control
• Implementation of a more systematic and predictable approach to operational work

Requirements

• Experience working with technical or production products
• Experience coordinating multiple production or related directions
• Understanding of production planning
• Understanding of warehouse accounting of materials
• Ability to work with specifications, BOM, and technical documentation
• Strong level of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with BAS / 1C / Odoo / ERP / MRP systems is a plus
• Ability to quickly identify shortages and problem points
• Systematic, practical, and high level of self-organization
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience in hardware / manufacturing
• Work with small-batch production
• Experience in machine building or defense tech
• Understanding of R&D → production processes
• Experience with metal, welding, or electronics
• Experience interacting with 3D printing or production laboratories
