Our Production Department is the heart of the supply chain behind the digital used car purchase at AUTO1 – from the professional refurbishment and repair of vehicles to the delivery to our private customers via Glass-Truck or to our Pick-Up branches. Become a Project Manager in our team and actively shape the future of digital automotive sales by questioning existing processes, identifying optimization potentials, and convincing with your negotiation skills and professional expertise.
Work closely with our team at the Berlin headquarters and the relevant interfaces across Germany to realize our vision of a seamless, transparent, and customer-oriented used car refurbishment.

Responsibilities
- Continuous Process Optimization: You analyze existing refurbishment processes in our production centers, identify improvement potentials along the value chain (e.g., vehicle refurbishment, quality control, logistics), and independently develop and implement measures for efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Infrastructure Development: You plan and support the expansion of our production sites, coordinate cross-site projects for standardization, and work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Facility Management for the smooth integration of new technologies.
- Demand and Feasibility Analyses: You create detailed analyses of the need for technical equipment, evaluate investments in terms of economic efficiency, and support the selection and procurement of new equipment in close coordination with Purchasing.
- Implementation of New Software Solutions: You are responsible for the introduction of digital tools for the collection and evaluation of production key figures, optimize the visualization of the production flow through suitable software, and create interfaces to existing systems for a continuous information flow.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
- You have an affinity for entrepreneurship, digital business models, and/or the automotive industry.
- You have an analytical, systematic approach, think process-oriented, and bring a high degree of independence.
- You are results-oriented and keep a cool head during analytical thought processes with which you can improve and simplify processes.
- You have a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel to implement projects on-site.
- Fluency in German and English is a must!
