Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule customer appointments and liaise with internal teams and external contacts.
• Maintain active customer communication via phone, email, and digital channels – from scheduling to resolving open issues.
• Oversee operational processes, keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and feedback to ensure smooth operations.
• Actively contribute to process improvement, identify potential enhancements, and develop practical solutions.
• Document and maintain relevant information in the CRM/planning system and collaborate closely with related departments.

Requirements

• Professional experience in operations, ideally with experience in optimizing and ensuring operational processes.
• Reliable, responsible, and communicative, with the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a passion for structuring and efficiently organizing processes.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves, take on responsibility, and independently find practical solutions to operational challenges.
• Completed vocational training or academic degree – we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
