• Lead and manage the AppleCare Hardware Testing & Operations program.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management within the operations and supply chain domain.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
