Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes in the corporate action domain.
• Design scalable processes from scratch, identify optimization potential, and prioritize improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality standards and flawless execution.
• Support the analysis of complex corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and helping detect and investigate issues.
• Communicate with external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions.
• Assist in developing scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of the business.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Initial professional experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management (prior middle or back-office experience in a bank is a plus).
• Solid grounding in securities trading and general banking operations, alongside foundational knowledge of financial operations.
• Deep understanding of corporate actions and their corresponding banking processes.
• Proficiency in tools like WM-Daten and Clearstream Xact.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset to detect and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise professionally with external partners.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
