About the Position

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations in Spain, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-oriented execution of receiving, inventory management, and dispatch activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of agreed service levels, driving continuous improvement in operations, and leading operational teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and performance objectives. They will act as a key operational contact point for clients and collaborate closely with multiple functional areas to ensure operational continuity and effective incident resolution. This is a full-time on-site position with shift work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely service.
• Act as the main operational contact point for clients, managing inquiries, incidents, and escalations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and controls, including quarantines, regularizations, release of goods, disposal of materials, consolidations, and stock movements.
• Lead, support, and develop Team Leaders and operational teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, service, and productivity, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement, ensuring the sustainability of established operational processes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with QESH requirements, legal regulations, safe work procedures, and standards of order and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Operational Excellence, QESH, Procurement, General Services, IT, and other areas to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure effective communication between shifts and the accuracy of operational reports to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in operations supervision within logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• Practical knowledge of receiving, dispatch, inventory management, and warehouse operations processes.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS); SAP experience is valued.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for operational analysis and tracking.
• Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and coordinate operational activities in dynamic environments.
• Experience in managing client relationships and meeting service level agreements.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and operational safety standards.
• English: level B1. Functional ability to communicate in English with international clients and teams, follow instruction manuals, and collaborate with various areas of the organization.
