About the Position
Construyendo un futuro inclusivo (Oportunidad para personas con discapacidad)
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and support key operational processes and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data quality
- Review transactions or alerts to identify potential risks or inconsistencies
- Investigate issues and escalate when needed
- Apply controls and follow procedures to ensure compliance with policies
- Assist in process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to solve problems
- Support audits, controls, and documentation activities
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Operations, Compliance, or related fields
- Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Language: Advanced English required
