We are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Asia region to jointly raise the bar of results.

Challenges awaiting this role: Asia is a region that combines different countries and cultures. The region is currently in a phase of active diversification, which leads to constant task complexity while maintaining the highest quality standards. The role combines Business Development and Operations directions: it requires the ability to synchronize the strategic vision of the business with the flawless setup of operational processes to achieve sustainable performance. It is important for the Regional Operations Manager to be able to thoroughly analyze data, identify improvement points to maintain high platform standards in conditions of rapid growth.

What you will influence:

Operational Efficiency of the Asia Region

• Ensuring the quality of regular operational processes in the region
• Optimizing workspaces and team flow
• Managing a remote team of specialists
• Analyzing bottlenecks and their elimination
• Proposing improvements in the region's work processes

Success of Business Development Processes

• Optimizing the onboarding process, tracking the performance of new leads in the region
• Developing a KPI plan and implementing a development system for new leads

Improving Communication Processes

• Preparing training manuals
• Managing a regional news channel
• Tracking the effectiveness of team communication
