We are looking for a Production Line Operator for our R&D pilot line to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Managing technological processes for the production of yeast extracts
• Conducting processes of autolysis, separation, filtration, evaporation, and drying
• Controlling and managing the packaging process of finished products
• Monitoring and managing the preparation processes of cleaning solutions for the CIP system
• Maintaining technological documentation

Requirements

• Education: Higher education in one of the following fields: chemical technologies and engineering, microbiology and biotechnology, food technologies, fermentation production (3-5 courses completed or currently studying)
• Experience: Manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Skills: Willingness to learn, ability to clearly perform all assigned tasks
