Fully remote

Meaningful and flexible work where you support other students and develop your own skills. Perfect for alongside your studies.

We usually respond within two weeks.

The application process and other selection exam F fields can be a long, solitary process. The study coaches of the selection exam F courses are regularly in contact with applicants by phone, taking care of the effectiveness and meaningfulness of their preparation. In addition to selection exam applicants, the work also involves helping students preparing for the matriculation exam between November and March.

The themes of bi-weekly contact may include, for example:

  • Study plan and study hours, i.e. how much and when to study
  • Study techniques, i.e. how to study
  • Exam tactics
  • Stress management
  • Tsempi, endurance

You are the type we are looking for if:

  • You have successfully gone through the selection exam F or the previous application process of the Faculty of Business and Economics.
  • You know what application and effective study require.
  • You are personable, able to listen and show interest.
  • You can justify your views clearly and convincingly.
  • You do not need previous experience. You will receive comprehensive familiarization and training for the task.

The weekly working hours are a maximum of 8 hours. Working hours are flexibly arranged and as such, the work suits well alongside studies. The work itself teaches interaction with strangers and positively changing their activities. This can also give a lot of benefits for, for example, future work in the field of business.

The seasonal tasks start in the fall and continue until the selection exam. At this point, the exact date of the exam is still unknown, but it has previously been in the first week of June.

Interested? Send your application as soon as possible, as places are limited!

1. About the processing of personal data

Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly associated with a living, physical person. Examples of personal data are name, email address, phone number, and IP address. Processing of personal data is all automated use of personal data, such as collecting, creating, analyzing, transferring, and deleting personal data.

There are laws and regulations about how companies can process personal data. These are called data protection laws. Different data protection laws apply to different parts of the world. An important example of a data protection law that applies to our use of your personal data as described in this data protection policy is the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, GDPR).

Most obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation concern the so-called data controller. The data controller is the party that decides for what purposes personal data is used and how it is processed. The data controller may use a so-called data processor. A data processor is a party that is allowed to process personal data only according to the instructions of the data controller and may not use the personal data for its own purposes.

We are the data controller when we process your personal data as described in this data protection policy.

To process your personal data, we need a so-called legal basis. A legal basis is a reason for using data in accordance with the GDPR.

When we process your personal data for the purposes described in this data protection policy, the legal basis is usually that the processing is necessary for our legitimate interest, to recruit qualified professionals. We have determined that we have a legitimate interest in processing personal data for this purpose, that the processing is necessary to achieve this purpose, and that our interest is more important than your right to have your data not processed for this purpose.

You can request more information from us about how this assessment has been made. See our contact information in sections 9 and 10 below.

In certain circumstances, your personal data will only be processed if and when you give your consent to the processing. This is the case, for example, when we propose to record an interview. More information about your right to withdraw your consent can be found in section 9 below.

7. When do we transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA and how do we protect it then?

We always aim to process your personal data within the EU/EEA.

However, some of our suppliers and their subcontractors process your personal data outside the EU/EEA. We also use suppliers whose parent company or whose subcontractor's parent company is outside the EU/EEA. In these cases, we have taken into account the risk that personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, for example, at the request of authorities.

In situations where another recipient of your personal data (as described in section 5 above) is outside the EU/EEA, your personal data will also be transferred outside the EU/EEA.

When we (or one of our suppliers) transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that we use the safeguards approved in the GDPR to enable the transfer. The following safeguards are used:

  • The EU Commission's decision that the level of data protection in the country outside the EU/EEA to which your personal data is transferred is at a sufficient level that corresponds to the level provided by the GDPR. In particular, we rely on the EU Commission's adequacy decision for the United States through the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield and the UK adequacy decision.
  • By including the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses in the agreement with the recipient of personal data outside the EU/EEA. This means that the recipient guarantees that the level of data protection required by the GDPR is still in place and that your rights are protected.

When your personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we also implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect the personal data transferred. What specific safeguards we implement depends on what is technically feasible and sufficiently effective in the transfer in question.
