Responsibilities

• Conduct research to design proposals for improving website engagement and conversions through A/B testing and content targeting.
• Carry out research to gain insights into user behavior on websites.
• Locate and obtain necessary data (e.g., behavioral, VOC, transactional, demographic) for research.
• Ideate and design tests to be applied as potential improvements on websites, through A/B testing and content targeting.
• Learn to manage the Adobe Target tool for setting up A/B tests and content targeting on websites.
• Monitor ongoing tests, analyze results, gain insights, define conclusions, and determine next steps.

Requirements

Hard Skills (Technical)

• Experience conducting research and analysis to understand user behavior on websites.
• Integration of AI tools for research.
• Knowledge in UX and CX.
• Knowledge in Data Analysis.
• Understanding of website architecture.
• Advanced English (technical reading).

Soft Skills (Interpersonal)

• Leadership: Ability to motivate colleagues.
• Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks that impact the business appropriately.
• Effective Communication: Ability to express oneself efficiently with internal teams and clients.
• Problem Solving: Understanding when to continue on the same path and when to pivot appropriately to achieve objectives.
• Teamwork: Effective collaboration with external, internal, technical, and account teams.
