Responsibilities

• Help organizations maximize their ERP landscapes using Oracle solutions.
• Translate business processes and needs into smart Oracle solutions.
• Ensure systems align with organizational goals.
• Work with Oracle ERP solutions such as Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Involved in implementations, optimizations, and continuous development.
• Collaborate directly with clients, making functional choices, and guiding them in using their ERP solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.
• Analyze complex issues, advise on improvements, and work with other consultants and technical teams to deliver robust, future-proof solutions.

Requirements

Your Strengths

• Passion for improving business processes with smart ERP solutions.
• Analytical thinking, easy switching between business and IT.
• Ability to clearly translate complex issues into workable solutions.
• Comfortable in client contact and taking responsibility for your advice and results.

What You Bring

• A HBO or WO degree in IT, business administration, or a related field and at least B2-level Dutch.
• Experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, for example, with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more Oracle ERP modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Clear communication, ability to work independently, and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

We Offer

• A fixed contract and a salary between €3,000 and €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Exact salary depends on your experience and role.
• Vacation pay of 8%.

• Hybrid work: home, office in Nieuwegein and/or Groningen, or at the client's location, depending on your needs.
