  • Work closely with application teams, data engineers, and DBAs to plan and deliver complex database releases.
  • Review critical code and ensure that performance, integrity, and reliability standards are consistently met.
  • Lead a small team of developers, set priorities, and guide them in implementing best practices for design, testing, and optimization.

  • Familiarity with AI or analytics workloads that leverage Oracle or hybrid data architectures.
  • Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform for database provisioning.
  • Understanding of PostgreSQL or cloud-managed databases (e.g., Aurora, RDS).
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams to resolve production performance and scalability challenges.

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work in a leading global fintech company.
  • Be part of a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Professional growth and development opportunities.
