About the Position
Oracle DevOps Engineer (DBaaS)
At ING Hubs Spain, we are looking for a talented Oracle DevOps Engineer to join our Oracle Database as a Service (DBaaS) team. This role is integral to delivering multi-tenant Oracle database services to DevOps teams of ING worldwide, providing self-service capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the Code Repository, pipelines, and create/test new features provided by DBaaS.
- Interact with other teams within ING to build and maintain features for our consumers.
- Ensure the full life-cycle of the service from inception through to development, launch, and support.
- Provide and maintain a database platform based on Oracle in an automated fashion.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with the Oracle RDBMS layer (RAC, DataGuard).
- Experience with managing a multi-tenant Oracle environment.
- Well versed in Azure DevOps, CI/CD tools, and pipelines.
- Scripting experience (Ansible, Bash).
- Good knowledge of ExaData.
- Linux RHEL experience.
- Proactive attitude and strong team player.
- Excellent command of the English language.
