Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our ERP modules in Newark, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials (user manuals, e-learning modules, presentations) for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions tailored to various user levels (end-users, super users, IT staff).
  • Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to understand business processes and workflows to align training content with organizational needs.
  • Provide post-go-live support and refresher training sessions as needed.
  • Assist in change management efforts by communicating system changes and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and new features, adapting training content accordingly.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants when needed for supplemental training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation.
  • Deep understanding of one or more Oracle ERP Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects).
  • Experience designing and delivering training using different modalities (ILT, VILT, e-learning).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex system processes into simple, clear instructions.
  • Proficiency with tools like Oracle UPK, Captivate, Articulate, or other eLearning development software.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning.

Nice to Have

  • Oracle Certified Trainer or related Oracle certifications.
  • Prior experience in ERP change management or organizational readiness projects.
  • Experience in cross-functional ERP implementations.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

We Offer

  • Contract position with a duration of 6 months.
  • Salary: DOE (Discussable during the interview).
