About the Position
We are seeking a talented Oracle HCM Developer to join our team and support the development and optimization of our HR systems. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize HR systems using Oracle HCM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Analyze and solve technical issues independently
- Work within Agile environments to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data models
- Proficiency in working within Agile environments
- Fluency in French (C1 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge of SQL, including query writing and data structures
