About the Position

We are looking for an Order Coordinator Assistant Sales to join our Order Coordination Team at our Munich headquarters. This role supports the organization of our sales and support teams globally. Responsibilities

  • Creating and monitoring customer orders within SAP and Salesforce
  • Checking product availability and capacity planning according to customer requirements within SAP
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date order documentation and efficiency during the post-sales and production process
  • Processing deliveries for shipment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customer sites
  • Obtaining approvals and following up on back orders with relevant stakeholders
  • Creating invoices, credit notes/memos as well as managing return orders
  • Monitoring of open orders in OOPA
  • Booking of acceptance, revenue, and warranty dates in SAP
  • Close collaboration with various departments such as sales operations at HQ and subsidiaries, production, warehouse, and export to coordinate orders efficiently
  • Participation and contribution to continuous improvement projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented and international environment, such as sales support or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently with a deep sense of commitment
  • A motivated team player with a good sense of humor and proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with solid computer skills and knowledge in integrated ERP solutions, e.g., SAP, Salesforce.com
  • Business fluency in German and English
