Order Management Analyst with Spanish

About the Position

We are looking for an Order Management Analyst with Spanish to join Bosch Service Solutions S.R.L. in Timișoara, Romania. This role is integral to our mission of delivering best-in-class services across various business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with information related to price, availability, order status, and products.
• Process customer returns via SAP.
• Manage claims and open orders by extracting and analyzing SAP reports.
• Monitor order status for invoicing purposes.
• Keep customers informed about order execution status on a daily basis.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers using communication skills.
• Ensure customer issues via telephone/email are dealt with promptly.
• Raise requests for creating and updating SAP data.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs and claims are addressed.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Studies: University Diploma or High school Diploma.
• Language: English C1 + Spanish B2.
• Skills:
