Order Processing Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an Order Processing Manager to join our team in Salzburg, Austria. This role is responsible for handling customer orders and ensuring efficient order processing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the independent recording and processing of national and international customer orders.
• Create sales and shipping documents such as offers, order confirmations, invoices, RMA forms, etc.
• Keep an eye on orders and delivery dates and actively communicate with our national and international customers and with colleagues in our branches.
• Work hand in hand with colleagues from sales, project management, production, and logistics to ensure an efficient flow of customer orders.
• Get involved, contribute, and work on internal optimization projects.

Requirements

• Common sense and the ability to use it.
• Commercial qualification (HAK/HBLA/HAS or comparable apprenticeship qualification).
• Fluency in written and spoken English - any additional foreign language is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
• Strong numerical skills and perseverance.
• Organizational talent with a strong customer focus.
• Accuracy and reliability.
• Friendliness and a solution-oriented approach.
