Responsibilities

• Design automation programs to improve daily order entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Engage in data processing, workflow optimization, automation program design, project testing, and daily operation maintenance.
• Design a standard template or program to consolidate order entry data automatically.
• Design a program to input data automatically and simplify the process workflow, mainly through Excel Visual Basic.
• Follow up on projects and summarize the process and conduct relevant training for OM.
• Responsible for the maintenance and development of existing programs.

Requirements

• Strong team-work spirit
• Good communication skill
• Ability to work with high quality and efficiency
• Customer oriented
• Basic programming skills, familiarity with VB/VB.NET/VBA/VBS
• Familiarity with Java or Python is preferable
• Sharp analytical ability, fast learning skill, and problem-solving techniques
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Any Graduate
• Skills in Python or bash or VB Script, SQL, Advanced Excel (VBA, Macros)
