Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on chemical synthesis strategies and theoretical chemistry questions
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- PhD in chemistry or a closely related physical science field
- Peer-reviewed publications, laboratory synthesis and analysis experience, or applied chemical design projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication-“showing your work”-is essential

We Offer
- Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location
