About the Company
Our client is a leading U.S. financial services institution with an established reputation for market stability and long-term industry influence. The organization is currently driving extensive transformation programs across multiple regions to expand its APAC footprint and elevate overall business performance. This is a newly created 12-month contract position as an Organisational Design and Change Management Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional leadership and human resources teams to provide expert guidance on organizational transitions and new market setups.
- Translate corporate strategy into long-term feasible organisational structures through data analysis, comprehensive project management, and design frameworks.
- Review and optimize existing workflows, team reporting structures, and operational frameworks to maximize productivity, employee engagement, and business readiness.
- Develop tailored transformation models, prepare corporate alignment documentation, and manage regional dependency mapping.
- Formulate comprehensive strategic plans to manage the human element of corporate change, ensuring smooth workforce transitions and minimal disruption.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of dedicated experience in organisation design, change management/planning, project management, and organizational development frameworks.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex organizational transformation projects, utilizing professional chart development and alignment software; experience with OrgVue is essential.
- Regional experience in organisation design across various APAC countries; hands-on experience in India is a plus.
- Strong consulting acumen with advanced proficiency in preparing analytical insights, business slide presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Proven ability to navigate matrixed corporate environments, manage multi-workstream programs, and influence leadership stakeholders across different regions.
- Exposure to modern digital productivity tools and professional certifications in workforce planning or change management methodologies are advantageous.
- Professional certification in HR Management, Workforce Planning, Change Management (PROSCI), Organizational Design is a plus.

We Offer
- Competitive salary: S$140,000 - S$165,000 per month
