Organisational Design and Digital Transformation Portfolio Coordinator

About the Position

We are looking for an Organisational Design and Digital Transformation Portfolio Coordinator to join IPS Innovative Prison Systems. This role involves leading and managing projects aimed at transforming prison systems through innovative organizational design and the integration of digital technologies.

Location

Portugal, with the possibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the portfolio, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for organizational design and digital transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, technology partners, and prison administration, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Innovation and Change Management: Drive innovation in prison systems through the adoption of new technologies and processes. Manage change effectively within the organization.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation and organizational design. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a similar environment.
