Your Responsibilities
- Initiating and implementing sales measures
- Recruiting and nurturing your team (w/m/d) with our support
- Managing the training and development of your business partners with a selection of over 200 seminars

Requirements
- Positive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership skills and team spirit
- License in banking, real estate, or insurance according to § 34d, c, i, and/or f
- Or industry and sales experience in financial services
