We are seeking a skilled Orlaivių kompozitinių komponentų taisytojas to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This role involves repairing composite components during aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performing composite repairs during aircraft maintenance;
• Working with composite materials, fabrics (glass, carbon, etc.), resins, adhesives, etc.;
• Working based on technical repair instructions, manuals, and drawings;
• Working with tools / special tools / measuring devices;
• Filling out technical documents;
• Ensuring the quality of work;
• Ensuring work safety requirements;
• Work schedule - shift work: 3 days of work, 3 days of rest. Working hours: 7:00-19:00;
• Workplace – Karmėlava.

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education (technical – preferred);
• Experience working with composite materials and/or composite structures;
• Knowledge of composite repair principles;
• Ability to use tools;
• English language skills (B1–B2 level);
• Responsibility, meticulousness, and teamwork;
• Adherence to safety and quality standards;
• Motivation to learn and improve in the professional field.
