About the Position

OSOBA NA STANOWISKO CHECK LEADER / CATEGORY C CERTYFYING STAFF – EMB 170/190 (k/m) – Bydgoszcz

We are seeking a leader who can take responsibility for the entire check process, effectively coordinate a multidisciplinary team, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Cooperation based on a B2B agreement.

Responsibilities

• Conducting base inspections from receiving the CRS – planning and supervision of all inspection phases,
• Coordinating actions and collaborating with planning, engineering, logistics, SMS, and compliance monitoring departments,
• Monitoring the schedule and completion of TAT,
• Managing additional damages and the scope of non-routine tasks,
• Participating in client meetings and reporting on work progress,
• Ensuring compliance with EASA Part-145 requirements,
• Issuing the CRS upon completion of the check.

Requirements

• Education: secondary or higher,
• Valid EASA Part-66 category C license,
• Current authorizations for EMB 170/175/190/195,
• Experience in Base Maintenance (Part-145) environment,
• Experience in conducting heavy checks (C-check/Base Maintenance),
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate work between departments,
• Good knowledge of English,
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and under time pressure,

Nice to Have

• Current authorizations for B737NG/MAX,
• Experience as a Check Leader, Base Maintenance Supervisor, or Category C,
• Experience in direct client work,
• Experience in managing non-routine tasks,

Salary

180.00 zł – 200.00 zł net per hour.
