Why Box Needs You

Box Japan is seeking an Outbound Business Representative to join our Inside Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving our cloud content management and enterprise software sales.

What You'll Do

Understand and effectively propose Box solutions to stakeholders.
Build trust and maintain close relationships with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and other key stakeholders.
Handle complex, long-term deals accurately and swiftly, while also achieving small wins.
Develop a territory plan focusing on targets within 90 days.
Create and track pipelines, revenue targets, and customer use cases, purchase cycles, and Salesforce forecasts.
Promote Cloud Content Management, Enterprise 2.0, and the Box model.
Achieve 100% customer satisfaction for all users.
Utilize Salesforce for lead management and sales forecasting.

Who You Are

Experience: 3+ years in sales of enterprise software products.
Skills: Sales and inside sales experience, ability to maintain existing customer relationships and actively pursue new ones.
Expertise: Experience in dealing with executive-level customers (LoB, CIO relationships).
Abilities: Ability to explain complex cloud technologies simply and accurately.
Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes and purchase cycles.
Preferred: Being a Box user, English proficiency.
Location: Tokyo (3 days onsite per week)
