Responsibilities

• Work with clients to enhance their loyalty.
• Work on customer retention/recovery.
• Communicate with the customer base through outbound phone calls.
• Conduct direct sales and provide information.
• Handle objections/complaints and work on customer issues.
• Compile written reports, track the status of your customer base, and fulfill the KPI plan.

Requirements

• Polish language skills at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and willingness to learn.
• Ability to find an approach to different people and effectively resolve conflict situations.
• Communicative, stress-resistant, and customer-oriented.
